Off-Site Assembly
We don't build messy controls in the field. Every Cypher Edge-X1 controller is pre-mounted in a NEMA-rated enclosure at our shop. We install DIN rails, wire ducts, and terminal blocks, ensuring a clean, industrial-grade assembly that is easy to service for years to come.
Logic & Algorithms
We configure the Cypher OS specifically for your building's equipment. We set up the PID loops for precise temperature control, configure safety interlocks, and design the mobile-responsive floorplans. This isn't "out of the box"—it's tailored engineering.
On-Site Execution
Our technicians mount the panels and run the low-voltage communication networks (RS-485/Ethernet). We install sensors in strategic locations to ensure accurate data collection and terminate all field wiring to the Cypher I/O modules.
Testing & Validation
The most critical step. We verify every single input and output point. We force the system into "Live Mode" and test safety shutdowns, economizer operation, and schedule overrides. We don't leave until the system is proven to work.
